The Executive Council of ADVAN led by the President, Mrs Folake Ani-Mumuney, met with the Chairman Channels Media Group, Mr John Momoh at a recent courtesy visit to the Channels Top Management Team, at the Channels Head office in Lagos. The visit was to strengthen partnership and build opportunities for stronger collaborations between ADVAN and one of its key stakeholders,
At the meeting, the ADVAN President commended the Chairman of Channels TV on the brilliant work being done by Channels TV in the nation’s Media space.
She went on to brief him on the roadmap for the new ADVAN Exco “We are committed to bringing measurable development to the Nation’s Marcomms Space, our focus areas, which are the Four ADVAN Pillars are: Thought Leadership, Capacity Development, Stakeholder Engagement and Research, Data and Insights. She acknowledged the need for ADVAN to work with key stakeholders towards the realisation of its objectives and called for greater value based collaborations with the between ADVAN and the Channels Media Group towards a more vibrant Marcomms ecosystem
The Channels Media Group Chairman, in his response, welcomed the opportunity to partner with ADVAN. He reiterated the group’s commitment to Knowledge dissemination citing the Launch of the Channels Academy as a testament of his obligation towards continuous capacity building.
He affirmed his support of the association and welcomed the opportunity for stronger collaborations with ADVAN.
